This requirement is sole sourced to Excel Scaffolding due to compatibility with existing PNS owned Excel Scaffolding components. The proprietary interlocking design of the existing scaffolding means that other brands would not be compatible. Quotations received that represent a different manufacturer will not be considered for award. Review all attached documents for specific requirements. Quotes will be considered complete when all attached documents are completed and returned. NOTE: OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED PROVISIONS 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, AND 252.204-7019 AND INCLUDE THE COMPLETED PROVISIONS WITH THEIR OFFER.
