Quotations received that represent a different manufacturer will not be considered for award. All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, whether or not your company prefers payment by Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
