Analyzer and associated consumables must be manufactured by Shimadzu Scientific. Shimadzu Scientific Instruments has established proprietary rights, limited rights in data, and patent rights for the products required. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation SPMYM3-23-Q-7044.
