This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted to BETASAM. The RFQ number is SPMYM323Q3004. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 202304 and DFARS Change Notice 20230817. The FSC Code is 5950 and the NAICS code is 335312. The Small Business Standard is 1250 Employees. This requirement is being processed utilizing full and open competition. Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). PPIRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility. Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001: Sample Set of Coils IAW with the attached Statement of Work, DCMA Criteria, Drawings, and Classic Procedure. Sample set to include four top and four bottom coils. Quantity of 1 Set. CLIN 0002: Option for a sample set, same as CLIN 0001. Quantity of 1 CLIN 0003: Option for a sample set, same as CLIN 0001.
