DLA Maritime Puget Sound intends to procure cellular glass manufactured to material specifications under a 100% small business set-aside using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. The resulting award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract with FOB destination delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Receiving Officer, Bldg 514 D1, 1400 Farragut Ave N4523A, Bremerton, WA 98314-5001. Offerors must price each CLIN, provide a CAGE code, complete representations and certifications, provide manufacturer information, return all pages of the signed original solicitation package, maintain current SAM.gov registration, and include delivery lead time. If NIST SP 800-171 applies, the contractor must have a current assessment under DFARS 252.204-7019 (not more than 3 years old unless otherwise specified); COTS items are exempt and must be identified to the contracting officer during the solicitation period.
