DLA Maritime Puget Sound intends to procure pressure-sensitive FME tape manufactured to attached specifications under a firm fixed-price supply contract, issued as a 100% total small business set-aside using commercial/simplified acquisition procedures. Delivery is FOB Destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard IMF, 1400 Farragut Ave, Bremerton, WA 98314-5001, and is required on or before November 5, 2026. Interested vendors must submit a fully completed and signed solicitation package with CLIN pricing, lead time, company size, country of manufacture, manufacturer name/CAGE, part numbers, and manufacturer specification sheets. Vendors must also provide a redacted manufacturer/distributor quote and email, complete representations and certifications, and maintain current SAM.gov registration. If NIST SP 800-171 applies, the awardee must have a current assessment, though COTS items are exempt and must be identified during the solicitation period.
