Solicitations and amendments will be posted on SAM.gov, with electronic quote submission available through SAM. Contractors required to implement NIST SP 800-171 must have a current assessment under DFARS 252.204-7019, though COTS items are exempt and must be identified to the contracting officer. Quotes must include contractor information/CAGE code, POC, FOB Destination pricing, manufacturer name/address/country/part number, lead time or delivery date, and applicable clause responses and signatures.
