Offerors must read the full contract and provide contractor/CAGE information, a POC, a FOB Destination quote, manufacturer name/address/country/part number, lead time/delivery date, and check applicable boxes in 52.204-24(d)(1)-(2) and 52.212-3(b)-(p). If NIST SP 800-171 applies under DFARS 252.204-7019, the awardee must have a current assessment not more than 3 years old unless the solicitation specifies otherwise; COTS items are exempt, but identifying information must be provided to the contracting officer during the solicitation period.
