Contractors required to implement NIST SP 800-171 must have a current assessment under DFARS 252.204-7019, while COTS items are exempt and must be identified to the contracting officer during the solicitation period. Quotes must be FOB Destination Bremerton, WA and include contractor/cage code, POC, pricing, manufacturer name/address/country, lead time/delivery date, applicable representation checkboxes, and a signed completed solicitation.
