DLA Maritime Puget Sound intends to issue an unrestricted IDIQ solicitation for plastic tarpaulins manufactured according to the attached specifications and Excel CLIN sheet, using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The resulting award will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract with FOB Destination delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard IMF Maintenance Facility, Bldg 514, 1400 Farragut Ave, Bremerton, WA 98314-5001. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or about November 6, 2026, on SAM.gov. Interested offerors must download their own RFQ, monitor for amendments, complete the entire solicitation including representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, product technical specifications and compliance certifications, and maintain current SAM registration.
