DLA Maritime Puget Sound intends to award a firm-fixed-price commercial supply contract for a DVF 5000 2ND GEN, delivered FOB Destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard IMF, Bremerton, WA 98314-5001. Delivery is required/requested by 9/30/2026, and the item must meet the attached material specifications. Vendors must provide a fully completed and signed solicitation package, including pricing for each CLIN, lead time, part numbers, manufacturer specification sheets, CAGE codes, business size, and commercial/COTS status. The package must also include manufacturer/distributor traceability documentation, country of origin, and completed representations/certifications, with current SAM.gov registration. If NIST SP 800-171 applies, the awardee must have a current assessment under DFARS 252.204-7019, though COTS items are exempt.
