The DLA Maritime Puget Sound intends to procure a DVR-LX UHF as a commercial item under a 100% small business set-aside, resulting in a firm fixed-price supply contract using simplified acquisition procedures. Delivery will be FOB destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. Offerors must include a Motorola authorized distributor letter, provide pricing, cage code, representations and certifications, manufacturer information, signed solicitation pages, current SAM registration, and delivery lead time. If awarded, the contractor must have a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment per DFARS 252.204-7019, unless the item is determined to be commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and exempt.
