This is a 100% small business set-aside commercial solicitation for shoe covers, resulting in a firm fixed-price supply contract with FOB destination delivery. Performance/delivery will be to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. Offerors must complete pricing, provide a cage code, reps/certs, manufacturer info, return the signed package, maintain SAM registration, and include lead time. If the items are not commercial off-the-shelf, the awardee must have a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment (no more than 3 years old) as required by DFARS.
