This is an unrestricted, firm fixed-price supply contract for welding rods, with delivery required FOB destination to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA 98314. Offerors must provide FOB destination pricing, a cage code, manufacturer information, and complete all representations and certifications. A compliant quality assurance system (minimum ISO-9000) is required, and vendors must submit their documented quality system procedures (e.g., Supplier Quality Manual) prior to the solicitation closing date. Awardees may need a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment unless items are Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS). All quotes must be fully completed and submitted via email to the contracting officer.
