Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for a contract requiring electronic submission of quotes through SAM.gov. A signed and completed solicitation must be submitted via email to be considered responsive, and incomplete submissions will not be considered. The contractor must provide the manufacturer's name, country of origin, and lead time. If required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the awardee must have a current assessment, though Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) items are exempt from this requirement.
