Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for items, some of which may require compliance with NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity standards. Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) items are exempt from this requirement. Bids must be submitted via email to a specified address and must include a fully completed and signed solicitation with specific manufacturer and country of origin details. For any quoted alternates, a part number, manufacturer, country of origin, and specification sheet are mandatory. The contractor must provide information on their NIST SP 800-171 assessment status during the bid process if applicable.
