Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a 100% small business set-aside for the procurement of a Five Stage HPAC Valve, to be delivered FOB Destination to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. The award will be a firm fixed-price contract issued as a sole source to American Compressor Company. Offerors must provide complete pricing, their cage code, manufacturer information, and lead time for delivery. They must also be registered in SAM.gov and ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity requirements unless proposing a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) item.
