This is a firm fixed-price contract for the procurement of Amercoat brand thinner, to be delivered FOB Destination to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington. The solicitation will use commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. Offers must include pricing, a CAGE code, manufacturer information, and a lead time for delivery, and bidders must be registered in SAM.gov. Contractors required to implement NIST SP 800-171 must have a current assessment, though Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) items are exempt from this requirement.
