DLA Maritime Puget Sound seeks to procure polyester resin manufactured to attached material specifications under a 100% total small business set-aside using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. The award will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract with FOB Destination delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard IMF, Bremerton, WA 98314-5001. Delivery is required on or before October 6, 2026. Offerors must provide a fully completed and signed solicitation package with pricing per CLIN, lead time/delivery, CAGE codes, business size, country of manufacturing, manufacturer information, specification/data sheets, a redacted manufacturer/distributor quote, and all representations and certifications. Offerors must be current in SAM.gov, and any contractor required to implement NIST SP 800-171 must have a current DFARS assessment unless the item is Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS), which is exempt but must be identified to the contracting officer.
