The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Bremerton, WA. 98314. ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL. Proposed pricing shall be provided on a unit price line-item basis in the solicitation. Only fully completed quotes submitted with completed and signed solicitation will be considered.
