Additional services are required to include the installation of carpet/cove base, painting, electrical, and data connections. Removal and disposal of existing furniture is also required in accordance with (IAW) the item description information and specifications outlined in the attached solicitation. This procurement will be acquired IAW with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
