It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The applicable NAICS code is 334515. The resultant award will be a Fixed price with Economic Price Adjustment supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard to 1400 Farragut Avenue, building 514, Bremerton, WA 98314.
