It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued 100% small business set a-side using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The applicable NAICS code 333517. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to PSNS Detachment San Diego, building 73, Roe St, San Diego, CA 92135.
