DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure Test Weights in accordance with material specifications. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued 100% small business set a-side using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The applicable NAICS code 333923. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard to 1400 Farragut Avenue, building 514, Bremerton, WA 98314. Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The solicitation number for this requirement will be SPMYM2-22-Q-1234. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 03/24/2022. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 03/31/2022 at 08 AM Pacific Time unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ is posted at sam.gov. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments and return the entire completed RFQ solicitation package prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Any questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to kim.vo@dla.mil. Only fully completed quotes submitted will be considered. Please make sure: **NOTE: to be considered for an award, the vendor must be compliant with the DFARS 252.204-7019 & 252.204-2020 and have a completed company Self-Assessment score uploaded to the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). If any vendor is not compliant, they will not be considered for an award. Please accomplish this requirement as soon as possible.
