DLA Maritime Puget Sound intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of electro plating solutions for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF., Bangor Trident Refit Facility (TRF). This requirement will be solicited on a 100% small business set-aside basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will be for a base year and four subsequent option years. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Silverdale, WA. Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-20-R-0005 It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 05 OCT 2020. The closing date of the solicitation will be on or around 06 NOV 2020, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. .The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED.
