Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Any questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to david.dunbar@dla.mil. Attached is a solicitation. If you are able to quote please be sure to: 1. Read box 28 and sign page 1 boxes 30 a, b, and c. 2. This solicitation is written as FOB Destination to Bremerton, WA. (If you wish to quote FOB Origin please check box 11 on page 1 and give an estimate of delivery cost.) 3. Annotate the lead time. 4. Annotate the name of the manufacturer, if they are large or small business and the city/state/country of manufacturing. 5. Return this information with your quote. 6. If quoting Brand Name or Equal to please provide copy of specification sheet for quoted material.
