Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Read box 28 and sign page 1 boxes 30 a, b, and c. 2. This solicitation is written as FOB Destination to Bremerton, WA.
