Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Government is soliciting for new commercial items to be provided to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. This is a simplified acquisition conducted as an "other than full and open" competition. The solicitation is the only one that will be issued, and contractors are responsible for reviewing all applicable clauses and provisions.
