CONTAINERS CAN BE NEW OR ONE-TRIP CONTAINERS. DELIVERY LEAD TIME IS UPDATED TO REFLECT 90 DAYS ADC. The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure 15 each 20foot CONNEX BOXES, and 10 EACH of 40' CONNEX BOXES to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. This procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
