Hose assemblies are to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 326220. This procurement is set-aside to small businesses. The attached combined synopsis solicitation shall be filled out properly with vendors name, cage code, unit prices, total prices and lead times for each line item. Include shipping within the unit prices. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
