SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0005 – This amendment is being issued to increase the annual demand quantity (ADQ) for SubCLINs 0024AG and 0024AH. This increase applies to the base period and respective option year quantities previously identified. This increase is attributed to an oversight and typographical error on behalf of the Government. An updated copy of the referenced price quotation submission spreadsheet format “SPMYM121Q0022_Requirement List” is attached to this amendment notice. All solicitation references to the previous spreadsheet titled, “SPMYM121Q0022_Requirement List_2 MAR 2021” are hereby updated to reference the current version titled “SPMYM121Q0022_Requirement List_17 MAR 2021” which is reflective of the ADQ increase to SubCLINs 0024AG and 0024AH only. The solicitation closing date and time has been extended to March 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (EST). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
