The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure Various Jackets to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 315220 (Men’s and Boys’ Cut and Sew Apparel Manufacturing). The procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price, technically acceptable. The contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001: QTY 750 RIP JACKET CLIN 0002: QTY 1,424 WINDBREAKER CLIN 0003: QTY 2,032 HOODIES 60/40 or 50/50 spun cotton/polyester The solicitation is expected to be posted on or around 22 June 2020 and close on 2July2020 and responses may be mailed to sharria.wells.res@dla.mil. AMENDMENTS 1 and 2 were issued to extend the solicitation date, add 50/50 cotton/polyester option for the hoodie and to inculde the need for the hoodie to also have an embroidered logo. Samples are still needed by July 3rd.
