The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk of Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure Grove U.S. LLC (Manitowoc) crane GM502U317 parts to be delivered to Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
