The item is manufactured by Fluid Handling, LLC doing business as Standard Xchange, CAGE Code 6LE50 and to be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. In addition, Standard Xchange is the only acceptable manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 331420 (Copper Rolling, Drawing, Extruding, and Alloying). Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price, technically acceptable.
