The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure the Auxiliary Hoist Drum. The items are manufactured Grove U.S. L.L.C., CAGE Code 12361 and to be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. In addition, Grove U.S. L.L.C. is the only acceptable manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333923 (Overhead traveling crane, hoist, and monorail system, winches, hoists, cranes and derricks). This is a 100% small business set aside. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price, technically acceptable.
