DLA Maritime Puget Sound intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of Electroplating Turner Positioner for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) operations. This requirement will be solicited on a Total 100% Small Business Set Aside basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Bremerton, WA. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 25 Feb 2021. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://betasam.gov/. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. The closing date of the solicitation will be 10 days from the solicitation posting. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from Beta Sam.Gov and to frequently monitor Beta Sam.Gov for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
