Please review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 18 December 2019 in Solicitation SF1449 W91238-20-Q-0005 which shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Award Determination: The purchase order will be awarded to the responsive and responsible small business determined to be the most advantageous to the Government as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical, Experience and Past Performance will be considered. The proposed price will be evaluated for whether it is reasonable for the work to be performed reflecting a clear understanding of the requirements, and is consistent with the requirements of the solicitation.
