This is not a Solicitation. This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a Long-Term Contract which will include NSN 5306-01-098-7212, BOLT, SHEAR– 40A/ HELICOPTER, BLACK HAWK UH-60A, UH-60L, HH/UH-60M, UH-60V in accordance with the following: SPS TELENOLOGIES LLC, CAGE 56878 P/N 741-78-8-19 The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The requested period of performance is base period of 5 years with Zero (0) Options. Unit Price is requested to be held for at least a 1-year increment, but not limited to 1-year. Unit price may be the same for the entire base period of 5 years or separated out in 1-year periods as shown below. Offers will be evaluated using the estimated quantities for the entire base period. Prices offered shall apply to any quantity ordered. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A HUBZone (Competitive) and only offers from HUBZone manufacturers or HUBZone dealers furnishing a HUBZone manufacturer's product will be considered. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Source covering DLA Direct requirements only. This is a 3/D item. Estimated annual demand quantity is 4300/each per base year and each option year. THIS ITEM IS IDENTIFIED AS A COMMERCIAL ITEM - (TO INCLUDE 'COMMERCIAL OF A TYPE'). Surge requirement may or may not apply. Required delivery is 81 days ARO. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
