PROVIDING/CONSUMABLES: The Contractor shall provide glucometer consumables for Navy Medicine Readiness & Training Command (NMRTC) Laboratory Department Yokosuka and Navel Medical Readiness and Training Unit Iwakuni for use in government owned equipment. These glucometer consumables are critical supply items that enable the department to perform essential analysis for the purposes of physician diagnosis, treatment, and care of active duty, family members and other eligible beneficiaries assigned to U.S. Forces Japan. The schedule of items for the NMRTC Yokosuka and Navel Medical Readiness and Training Unit Iwakuni is attached. The supplies to be delivered by the Contractor shall have the manufacturer's designated longest remaining shelf-life, at least 3 months or as prescribed in the shelf-life list at below. No item should expire prior to receipt of the next shipment of that item to ensure continuous in-dated coverage of all lab supplies.
