Description of Requirement: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific has a requirement for the procurement and drop shipment deliveries of CLASS VIII, Medical supplies, materials and equipment items in support of United States Naval Hospital (USNH), located in Okinawa, Japan. 1.1 This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for reagents. Individual Delivery Orders (Drop shipment) for Microbiological Media Plate medical supplies will be processed in accordance with the Delivery Schedule, located in Attachment. 1.2 There is an unknown continuing need for SYSMEX Hematology Reagents, which will be ordered on an as needed basis and will be awarded based upon fixed unit pricing for the duration of the contract. The solicitation and subsequent award will contain a Pricing Schedule for both the SYSMEX Hematology Reagents and Microbiological Media Plate supply items and a Delivery Schedule specific to the Microbiological Media Plate supply items to be delivered to the USNH in Okinawa, Japan over the course of the contract period.
