Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support (DLATS) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the acquisition of NSN 7025-01-492-2768 under solicitation number SPE8EN-20-R-0003. The approved sources of manufacture for the items are Viewsonic Corp. (0V618) and LG Electronics U.S.A. Inc. (0WBG2) under the following part numbers: VIEWSONIC CORP (0V618) P/N VG2753 LG ELECTRONICS U.S.A., INC. (0WBG2) P/N 27BK550Y-B LG ELECTRONICS U.S.A., INC. (0WBG2) P/N 27BK550Y-I Below listed are the specifications that must be met for NSN 7025-01-492-2768, as brand name or equal is also acceptable for this acquisition: 27 Inch LCD monitor (Black) Inputs: 1 HDMI 1 VGA 1 Display Port 2 USB Minimum 1 Audio Input Resolution: 1920 x 1080 Offerers supplying other than exact product(s) must submit a complete Technical Data Package (TDP) with their proposal for evaluation and approval. The RFQ will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) no earlier than June 1, 2020. The procurement will be for a fixed price, single contract award for a base quantity of 12,300 EA, with a quantity option at increments of 50% and 100% of the base quantity. The contract shall be awarded under FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition will be unrestricted and the required production lead time is 60 days ADO. Delivery will be FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Destination. All quotations must include a copy of a completed solicitation with a firm-fixed price. All responsible sources must submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation will not become available until the solicitation issue date. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS Homepage select "RFP/IFB/Non-Quotable RFQs" from the top toolbar and search by the subject solicitation number or NSN. RFP/IFB/Non-Quotable RFQs are in portable documents format (PDF). This solicitation will not be made available through electronic data interchange (EDI). No hard copies of the solicitation are available.
