Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support (DLATS) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of NSN 7025-01-492-2768 under solicitation number SPE8EN-20-R-0001. The approved sources of manufacture for the items are Viewsonic Corp. (0V618) and LG Electronics U.S.A. Inc. (0WBG2) under the following part numbers: VIEWSONIC CORP (0V618) P/N VG2753 LG ELECTRONICS U.S.A., INC. (0WBG2) P/N 27BK550Y-B LG ELECTRONICS U.S.A., INC. (0WBG2) P/N 27BK550Y-I Below listed are the specifications that must be met for NSN 7025-01-492-2768, as brand name or equal is also acceptable for this acquisition: 27 Inch LCD monitor (Black) Inputs: 1 HDMI 1 VGA 1 Display Port 2 USB Minimum 1 Audio Input Resolution: 1920 x 1080 Offerers supplying other than exact product(s) must submit a complete Technical Data Package (TDP) with their proposal for evaluation and approval. The RFP will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) no sooner than January 6, 2020. The procurement will be for a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract with an EPA for a contract base period of one (1) year and four (4) one (1) year option periods. The contract shall be awarded under FAR Part 12– Acquisition of Commercial Items. This acquisition will be unrestricted and the required production lead time is 60 days ADO. Delivery will be FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Destination. All proposals must include a copy of a completed solicitation with a firm-fixed price for the one-year base period. All responsible sources must submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation will not become available until the solicitation issue date. Copies will be made available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From DIBBS homepage, select "RFP/IFB/Non-Quotable RFQs" from the top toolbar. A search may be conducted on a number of data elements. Run search and choose the RFP you wish to view and download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF), so in order to access these documents you will need to install latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available for free at http://www.adobe.com. The solicitation will not be made available through electronic data interchange (EDI). No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid.
