This notice is being issued to announce solicitation SPE8EG-26-Q-0009 has been issued to the DLA Bid Board System (DIBBS) website August 12, 2026. Copies of the redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) have been issued as attachments to the solicitation and are available at the DIBBS website. The redacted J&A is also attached to this synopsis. Vendors must submit quotes in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation no later than Monday, August 17, 2026 at 3:00PM EDT.

The government intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for the manufacture and delivery of NSN Cooler, Fluid, Industrial, with approved sources listed and alternate offers requiring a complete technical data package.
