DLA Troop Support intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for the manufacture and delivery of Filter Drier, Refrigerant units. The Government intends to purchase a base quantity of 70 units with a 100% quantity option, and the required delivery schedule is 300 days after the date of order. The acquisition will utilize simplified procedures and will be accomplished using other than full and open competition, with price only as the evaluation factor. For alternate offers to the approved sources, the offeror must provide a complete technical data package for evaluation. Delivery will be FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at destination.
