This acquisition comprises one (1) Part-Numbered, National Stock Number (NSN): 1730-01-412-5655 (Part Number: 223F336). The required item is considered sole source to General Dynamics, Ordnance and Tactical Systems, Inc. (GS-OTS). (CAGE: 05606). The proposed acquisition is for a Firm-Fixed Priced, Definite Quantity Contract and will include a Quantity Option which will allow for a 50% quantity increase or a 100% quantity increase. The solicitation number is SPE8EG-24-R-0005. The procedures at FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation will be utilized. The acquisition will be accomplished using Other than Full and Open Competition Procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation will provide for one (1) contract. Price Only source selection procedures will be utilized. Any resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror, offering the lowest price, whose offer conforms to all the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation. The Contract Maximum will be $1,570,000.00. Delivery terms will be FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The Buy American Act requirements/clauses apply.
