This acquisition is for a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the procurement of the Army Combat Fitness Test Set (ACFT), NSN 6930016921671, and its 11 Individual Components: NSN 6930016846409, NSN 6930016846410, NSN 6930016846415, NSN 6930016846419, NSN 6930016846420, NSN 6930016846427, NSN 6930016846430, NSN 6930016846431, NSN 6930016846433, NSN 6930016846435, NSN 6930016846438. The solicitation number is SPE8EG21R0014. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation procedures will be utilized. The solicitation will provide for multiple contracts. Any resultant contracts will be awarded to the responsible offerors, offering the lowest price, whose offer conforms to all the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation. The resultant contracts will contain a two (2) year base period and three (3) one-year option periods. The contract maximum will be $20,000,000. Delivery terms will be FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. First Destination Transportation applies. Buy American Act clauses apply. This Synopsis (Pre-Solicitation Notice) should NOT be considered a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid.
