This is a Synopsis as required by the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 416), and fulfills the synopsis and advertising requirements prescribed in FAR Part 5 – Publicizing Contract Actions. The solicitation will consist of three NSNs: Line Item 0001: NSN 4130-01-507-7021 Line Item 0002: NSN 4130-01-458-8334 Line Item 0003: NSN 4130-01-458-8339 Nomenclature: POSI-VAC STARTER KITS These items are proprietary to DCM Clean Air Products, INC. CAGE 0YBX0. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The solicitation issue date will be on or around 4/20/2021, and the closing date will be on or around 5/20/2021. The solicitation will be unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition for a long term indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract and does not authorize delivery of any material. The government plans to award a Fixed Price with EPA Contract, with one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year options. Only FOB Origin pricing will be acceptable. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The SAM site may be accessed at https://www.sam.gov. The final contract award decision will be Price Only. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained through the DLA Internet Bulletin Board System (DIBBS).
