(Original Notice is attached.) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Philadelphia intends to issue an Unrestricted Request for Proposal (RFP) for HEPA Air Vacuum Kits, Replacement Parts, and Accessories. This acquisition comprises 15 Part-Numbered Items. A list of the required items is included as an attachment to this synopsis. Each of the required items is considered sole source to DCM Clean Air Products, Inc. (CAGE: 0YBX0). This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The solicitation number is SPE8EG-22-R-0011. FAR Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and FAR Part 15, "Contracting by Negotiation" procedures will be utilized. The acquisition will be accomplished using Other than Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance wtih FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement." The solicitation will provide for one (1) contract. Price Only source selection procedures will be utilized. Any resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror, offering the lowest price, whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation. The resultant contract will include a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The Contract Maximum will be $89,000,000.00. Delivery terms will be FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Buy American Act clauses apply.
