Projected Solicitation Issue Date: January 20, 2022 DLA Troop Support has a requirement for Nonmetallic Hose Assembly, NSN: 4210-00-595-1838, 4210-00-889-1774 and 4210-00-889-1775. We anticipate an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a one-year base with four one-year option periods. The contract(s) resulting from this solicitation will be a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA). This acquisition will be Unrestricted with F.O.B. Destination to Defense Distribution Center (i.e., Defense Depot Tracy, CA), Inspection and Acceptance will be at Origin. These are fully competitive items manufactured in accordance with the Forest Service Specifications. The required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 270 days and without FAT is 150 days after receipt of order. There will be no minimum and maximum quantity per delivery order. Evaluation will be based on Low Price and an Add/Delete clause will be included in the solicitation. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN AEQ U/I 4210-00-595-1838 144 LG 4210-00-889-1774 71 LG 4210-00-889-1775 1,485 LG Please note that the annual estimates may be revised at the time of the solicitation to provide the most accurate and up to date information possible. The solicitation once issued, will be posted onto Contract Opportunities at www.sam.gov and on DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a quote which will then be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will not be available until the solicitation issue date.
