The nomenclature of this NSN ... DLA Troop Support intends to issue at a Request For Proposals (RFP) for the acquisition of the following NSN 3950-014673608. This RFP will be in accordance with FAR 13.5. The nomenclature of this NSN is a Drum, Friction. Solicitation period will be 30 days. The Request for Proposal(RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ and the Government Point -Of-Entry (GPE) through SAM.gov after January 28th, 2025. It will be for a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for this NSN with a One (1) Year Base and Four (4), One (1) Option Years. All material being both Customer Direct and DLA Direct CONUS only. This acquisition will be restricted to Small Businesses. The required production lead time is 295 days ADO. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be destination. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by DLA Troop Support.
